  1. Project-Based Services:

    • Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of project initiation. A cancellation fee of 20% may be applicable to cover administrative and resource allocation costs.
    • If work has already commenced, the cancellation request will be reviewed, and any applicable charges will be deducted based on the work completed.
  2. Monthly Retainer Services:

    • For ongoing monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media management, PPC campaigns), a cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
    • If a request is made after the billing cycle has begun, services will continue until the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including strategy creation, campaign execution, and content production, all completed work is non-refundable.
    • Payments made towards consultation, creative production, paid ad budgets, and third-party tools/software are non-refundable.
  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • If Tanxmedia is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project completion for evaluation.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Provide details of your request, including your reason for cancellation or refund.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with the next steps.
  • After review your refund will be credited into original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions & Disputes

  • In case of a dispute, we encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably.
  • If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated as per applicable business laws.
